The Neuroscience Group has an opening for a full-time Business Office Specialist. This position is responsible for processing insurance claims, posting receipt payments, and managing patient accounts. Pre-collection and management of collection agency/collection attorney duties included. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and at least two years’ experience with medical billing procedures, preferably in a physician office. North East Wisconsin’s Premier Physician-Owned Neuroscience Group is seeking an additional neurologist and neurosurgeon to join its very successful group in Northeast Wisconsin. This growing practice, in a vibrant healthcare community, currently consists of five neurologists and four neurosurgeons. Practice occupies 14,000 square feet of office space located above Theda Clark Medical Center’s ACS level II trauma center and adjacent to the six-bed ICU and Neurodiagnostic lab. The group also provides direct medical leadership to Theda Clark Medical Center’s award-winning stroke center. Neurology call is 1:6.
