Clinical Expertise and Special Interests
As a physical therapist, Kim Karrmann uses manual therapy techniques to address chronic and acute pain.  Through active and passive manipulation of the bones, muscles, tendons, tissues and nerves, manual therapy provides an added dimension of care for a wide range of musculoskeletal and nerve conditions.  Kim is as an expert at prescribing exercise for many different patient problems.  Kim has a special interest in treating patients suffering from head, neck and back pain and conditions related to scoliosis.

Additionally, she specializes in the treatment of dizziness and vestibular disorders, and has her Herdman Vestibular Competency Certification through the American Physical Therapy Association.  She is also a certified Lee Silverman "BIG" therapist specializing in the LSVT Big protocol for Parkinson's Disease physical therapy.  

Kim recognizes that experience, knowledge and passion are the keys to being a successful therapist.
