Neurologist
Northeast Wisconsin’s Premier Physician-Owned Neuroscience Group is seeking an additional neurologist to join its very successful group in Northeast Wisconsin. This growing practice, in a vibrant healthcare community, currently consists of five neurologists and four neurosurgeons and an orthopedic spine surgeon. Practice occupies approximately 40,000 square feet of office space centrally located to area hospitals. The group also provides direct medical leadership to Theda Clark Medical Center’s award-winning stroke center. Neurology call is 1:6. Clinical Assistant - Neurology
Our growing neuroscience practice has a full-time neurology clinical assistant position available to assist with patient office visits. This position is responsible for chart, room, and exam preparation; assisting with patient education and discharge instructions; and processing disability and worker's compensation forms. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, experience as a medical assistant in an outpatient setting, computer knowledge and keyboarding skills. CMA and experience with Epic application preferred. Our salary and benefit package is excellent, and there are no weekend or holiday hours. Registered Nurse - Triage
Due to growth opportunities of our current RN staff, we have three full-time positions available for a triage nurse in our neurology, physiatry, and neurosurgical service areas. These positions are responsible for interaction with the patient's physician and associate practitioners regarding appropriate patient care action. The registered nurse also initiates follow up calls to patients regarding reinforcement of educational information, assessing response to treatment, and conveying test results/follow up care. Qualifications: current Wisconsin RN license. BSN and a minimum of two years' experience in neuroscience nursing preferred. Basic computer skills, Epic experience, and an exceptional customer service orientation also required. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday until 6 P.M. No weekends or holidays. Scheduler Appointment/Pre-Registration
The Neuroscience Group has a position open for a full-time Appointment/Pre-Registration Scheduler. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments requested by our referring physicians and our patients and then pre-registering the patient appointment. The successful candidate will be customer focused, motivated, energetic, and committed to creating the ideal patient experience. Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting and experience scheduling in Epic is highly preferred. Our salary and benefit package is excellent, and there are no scheduled weekend or holiday hours.
