Neuroscience Group, along with The Alzheimer’s Association and Azura Harbor House Memory Care, proudly presents a Memory Loss Education series held the third Thursday of each month from 2pm-4pm. Presenters  will cover various aspects of living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory loss-related illnesses.

According to the Alzheimer’s Association, 5.4 million Americans are living with the disease today, and by 2050, as many as 16 million Americans will have the disease.

Helping families and caregivers deal with the emotional and financial effects of Alzheimer’s is an important initiative at Neuroscience Group. While neurologists help treat the patient, the Group feels it’s important to support families by educating them about the disease. In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association and Azura Harbor House Memory Care we are excited to advocate and advance the care of many in our community, with hopes of moving one step closer to a cure.
